An advocate of continuous improvement using data, Principal Consultant Rob Healy helps clients transform software development practices using Agile-Lean tools and techniques.

Rob began over 10 years ago developing algorithms for modelling microscale flows in the coronary arteries. Since then he has worked as a Tester, Technical Writer, Developer, Scrum master and Product Owner in engineering, software, ecommerce and telecommunications.

Rob holds an MBA and a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, a Six Sigma Green Belt Practitioner and is a founder of the Agile-Lean Ireland (ALI) society.

Introduction to Agile-Lean Principles
