Ammeon respect your right to privacy and comply with our obligations under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The purpose of this Website Privacy Statement is to outline how we deal with any personal data you provide to us while visiting this website – www.ammeon.com. We are not responsible for the content or privacy policies of any external websites linked from the www.ammeon.com website. Non-Personal Data:

3. When you use Ammeon Wi-Fi we may collect data about:

  • your device;
  • the volume of data which you use;
  • the websites and applications which you access; and
  • your usage by access time, frequency and location.

We will use the data we collect when you use Ammeon Wi-Fi in order to capture general trends in wi-fi usage amongst our guests and to monitor and improve the Ammeon Wi-Fi service.

5. Disclosure of information to third parties

We may provide Non-Personal Data to third parties, where such information is combined with similar information of other users of our website. For example, we might inform third parties regarding the number of unique users who visit our website, the demographic breakdown of the community users of our website, or the activities that visitors to our website engage in while on our website.

Your personal data is wholly stored and processed within the European Economic Area; however, some third parties, such as Greenhouse (our recruitment applicant tracking system) and MailChimp (our marketing mailing list system), may have servers outside of the EEA. In such cases, we shall ensure such third parties ensure proper safeguards are in place for transfers, if any, outside of the EEA, including, where necessary, they have signed an appropriate data processing agreement, as required under the terms of the GDPR.

Where your personal information is required to be sent outside the European Economic Area we will contact you for your permission prior to the disclosure of your personal information. In the event that we need to transfer your personal information outside the European Economic Area, we will take the appropriate steps to guarantee that your privacy rights continue to be protected as detailed in this Privacy Statement.

7. Visitors to our Website

When you visit www.ammeon.com we use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behavior patterns.  This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone.  We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.

8. How We Use Cookies

We don’t rent or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses.

We use a third-party provider, MailChimp, to deliver our newsletter. Your Personal Data is held on secure servers. The nature of the Internet is such that we cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us via the Internet. No data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

However, we will take all reasonable steps (including appropriate technical and organisational measures) to protect your Personal Data.

11. Your rights, accessing, updating, and deleting personal data information

You may inform us of any changes in your personal data, and in accordance with our obligations under the General Data Protection Regulation we will update your personal data accordingly.
