Ammeon – Winners at the People Management CIPD Award
This award recognises SME companies with fewer than 250 employees that have transformed the way they manage and develop their people in support of business objectives. The judges base their decisions on evidence of the impact of the new approach for people and the business.
Ammeon has received this award based on the implementation of its values-based performance management system with the twin goals of enhanced employee engagement and increased business performance.
It required the company-wide implementation of a range of new ways of working around performance management in order to achieve these goals.
