- Individual Consultant: consultant to work as part of the operator organisation
- Consulting team: team of consultants designed to fulfil a function within the operator organisation
- Work-package delivery: Consulting team based at the operator site or Ammeon site - commercials based on deliverables
- Oursourcing: Business function transferred to Ammeon
Ammeon provides both horizontal and vertical outsourcing services to our customers. Vertical outsourcing to Ammeon usually transfers a specific vertical function (e.g. SMS service) to Ammeon, whereas horizontal wold transfer a horizontal function (e.g. CRM testing).
