The design phase is a critical starting point for any new service development. Without adequate focus on design, it is likely that unanticipated problems and costs are encountered later in the deployment or operation of the service which ultimately may threaten service success. These problems typically become more costly to resolve if they are only addressed in the later phases.
Working closely with the business team and other key stakeholders, our experts will capture and analyse requirements and develop a High-Level Design (HLD) to meet those requirements. Ammeon also supports our customers with procurement of equipment and other services for implementation of new services.
Procurement Support
New services and technologies are increasingly complex, and need to interwork with exisiting equipment and services. To ensure that the operator selects the best equipment solution for their network, Ammeon can support the process fully carrying out tendering, issuing and evaluating RFI/P/Q and making recommendations to assist the vendor making their purchasing descisions.
High Level Design
In the design of a new service, Ammeon's HLD service ensures that impacts operators' stakeholders and systems are incorporated into the design. The overall architecture and information flows and paths are identified. This will ensure that the service is successfully implemented in the network to the satiscation of all interested parties.
Detailed Solution Design (DSD)
Prior to building a solution, the DSD ensures that the low-level implementation detail is fully planned. The DSD contains sufficient detail to enable the new platform or service to be installed and integrated into the network and is available for the design of test environment and test cases.
Implementation Planning
To ensure sucessful implementation, a proper planning phase is required. The planning includes full technical and project planning.
