Ammeon can provide a turn-key project management service, managing the customer's own resources and if necessary providing our own professional project teams. Ammeon operates projects according to our Ammeon Managed Projects System (AMPS) and can also work with PRINCE2, PMBOK or similar project management methodologies if required.
Installation and Commissioning
