Strategic technology planning involves assisting the client in their medium to long term plans for future developments in technology. The technologies include mobile data, messaging, broadcast and interactive services.
This service is also used to evaluate the status of technology, and assist the client in getting up to speed with a particular technology. For example, Ammeon recently evaluated the state of play of mobile device management for a client of ours.
Procurement Support
The successful delivery of a new product or service depends largely on the integration of third-party equipment and services within an operator's network or vendor's product. Ammeon provides consulting services to support all phases of the procurement from initial RFI and tendering to contract agreement.
Requirements Analysis
Before embarking on a new service or product development it is essential to gather and document the requirements. In gathering requirements it is essential that all of the stakeholders in the service are consulted.
Ammeon has skilled requirements analysts and design engineers that can work with all of the stakeholders within the operator organisation to gather and document requirements. Where time and/or budget constraints are important, Ammeon will work with the operator to help prioritise the most important requirements.
