Ammeon, the leader in interactive mobile broadcast technology, today announced that the company has joined the Open Mobile Alliance (OMA) to help define an open global specification for mobile broadcast and multicast services. By joining the OMA, Ammeon can actively bring a wealth of mobile data experience to bear on defining OMA BCAST and thereby help to develop a truly open and interactive broadcast and multicast framework.
Ammeon’s product suite is designed to be deployed in today’s unicast networks and scale cost-effectively as broadcast and multicast core networks are rolled out. We provide solutions enabling operators to offer differentiated, innovative communications services which increase subscriber loyalty and empower operators to monetise their broadcast and multicast investments.
